Currently here at Blisswave Productions we take full of advantage of the free services that are provided through Social Media sites such and Facebook and Twitter. On these sites fans are allowed to voice their opinions, questions, or concerns and we try to respond as fast as possible. We also hold contests for free tickets and free records when we have releases or shows.
What are the possible outputs, outtakes & outcomes?
Providing contests for free products has been very productive for our company, it gets people coming back to our websites more often and checking in on our events and what we have to offer.
What might their PR objectives and business objectives be?
The PR objective is to keep the trust and the interest of our fans by providing a personable relationship of the social media sites.
The business objective here at Blisswave is to create new fans while still providing great customer and fan satisfaction.
How might they measure each?
Blisswave could provide some type of customer survey to track customer/fan satisfaction.
Facebook helps with tracking how many people visit our page and when new viewers visit the page.
Do they seem to be accomplishing their objectives?
Yes, we are. The amount of positive feedback we have received from our first three releases is amazing, are records are in 9 countries and we have not had one show that has not sold out yet. With this success we have had new fans rolling in everyday.
